Refund policy

At RecruitSign, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom recruiting yard sign. Because every sign is made-to-order and personalized with your specific information and images, all sales are final with limited exceptions as outlined below.
No Returns for Custom Orders
All RecruitSign yard signs are custom-designed and printed on demand through our platform and fulfillment partner, Shopify and Printify. Due to the personalized nature of the product (including player photos, names, stats, teams, and QR codes), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing chosen, or any other reason once production has begun.
Customer Responsibility for Accuracy
You are fully responsible for reviewing and confirming all information entered during the design process, including spelling of names, jersey numbers, stats, school/team details, class year, and the accuracy of the hyperlink used to generate the QR code. RecruitSign is not responsible for any errors, typos, incorrect details, or poor image quality that you submit. What you see in the live preview is exactly what will be printed.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your sign arrives damaged (e.g., cracked, severely bent, or unreadable due to printing defects — not shipping-related damage), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with Shopify and our printing partner to arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you, subject to verification.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before they enter production. After that time, cancellation is not possible. To request cancellation, contact support@recruitsign.com immediately.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases of approved defective products or eligible cancellations. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
