Welcome to RecruitSign.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, design tools, and services. By accessing or using RecruitSign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Our Service
RecruitSign provides an online platform that allows users to design and order custom recruiting yard signs. Our signs are produced and fulfilled by third-party printing and shipping providers, including Shopify and its integrated fulfillment partners (such as Printify). We do not manufacture the physical signs ourselves; we facilitate the design process and connect orders to our production partners for printing and direct shipping to you.
2. User Accounts and Design Process
To place an order, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. When designing a sign, you grant RecruitSign a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the uploaded photos, text, and designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and for promotional purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information and images you provide. We reserve the right to reject any design that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
3. Orders and Fulfillment
All orders are processed through Shopify. Physical signs are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printify. Once you place an order, it is sent directly to production. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. RecruitSign is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or production partners.
Pricing is listed on the website and subject to change. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective, in which case you must contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on RecruitSign.com, including logos, templates, and design tools, is owned by RecruitSign or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission. By uploading content, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use it.
5. Limitation of Liability
RecruitSign, Shopify, and our fulfillment partners (including Printify) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
We do not guarantee that your sign will result in recruitment offers or scouting attention. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, obscene, or defamatory.
- Attempt to interfere with the website or design tool.
- Use RecruitSign for any commercial purpose other than ordering signs for personal or team use.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to RecruitSign at any time for violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
